RETURNS AND WARRANTY

 

1) RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods within the “cooling off period” of fourteen
working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care
of them. You must send the goods back to us at your cost fully packaged unopened to our contact
address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or
defective) as soon as possible. The goods must have the proof of purchase sent back with them.

2) Faulty Returns
If products are faulty please email our info email address where someone from the care team will
call you within 24 hours to talk through the fault. Email address is info@omg.limited, once the fault
is confirmed on a call we will request that you send the product back at your cost and once the fault
is physically confirmed we will reimburse the cost of delivery back to you. Proof of purchase must be
sent back with the product.

3) Warranty
We’re so confident in our products we attach a two-year warranty on products sold through our
website. The warranty does not cover malicious damage such as stamping on products using
excessive force in other ways than described to use the products or water damage. If the product
stops working over time and during the warranty period this will be covered.
